Delayed sleep phase is a thing, it doesn't matter if you get stuff done at night or in the morning, working against your body is never a good thing. Love ya Gabe, but the "wake up early" point isn't true for many people.

As a "night owl" I can say I get twice as much done in half the time because I don't deal with constant interruptions and tomfoolery from other people. This asinine dogma about getting up early needs to go. It might have been true a hundred and fifty years ago but now we have a thing called electric lights.

OK, but why characterize this as “successful people” vs. “the poor”? Is the implication that “the poors” are inherently “unsuccessful” and also possibly not even worthy of being called “people”? The word choices here are dehumanizing and problematic on multiple levels.

Recently I noticed that in video games we really enjoy hard challenges, but in real life we usually hate them. They cause us stress, fear, doubt, etc. My daughter-in-law says that's because in games we get "do-overs", but in real life we don't. What do you think? I usually think of challenges as an opportunity to grow and find new opportunities for joy. Perhaps successful people enjoy challenges more than poor people.
