This is a disgusting video promoting the degrowth agenda. Automation is good because it can accelerate the forces of production to a point where the amount of people who need to be working is quite small, and even those people have short workdays. And thus, we get a society of material abundance. Where even the poorest people can afford the lifestyle rich people have right now. Your pessimistic, degrowth outlook is simply going to keep people in perpetual poverty.

Know what? The same people who are saying these things now are the same people who would've said that electricity and the things it produced would've displaced people from their jobs in the 1800s. But we all know how people benefitted from electricity. And maybe even the same thing would've been said about the automobile. So how about we don't hinder technological progress?
