Just remember most things are only temporarily.
Trying to remember that, that's what it is and moments and moments bad days are just that, bad days. Things can change for the good or bad at any moment and these may sound a little unorthodox but trust me, no matter how bad you have it, there are people that have it so so much worse..😢
So try and pray and be thankful for things that we do have no matter how big or small they are. Although trying to stay positive can be exhausting, it's a choice you have to make... And please 🥺 stop giving other people the strength and power to decide if you're going to be happy or what have is going to make you happy. Even who you have, that person it's going to make you happy because things and people change. And that's another thing that it's just in the moment...
YOU have to make YOU happy it's YOUR choice!!!

No matter what,negative people get negative things.... You wake up thinking today is going to be a bad day and you have that attitude and thinking all throughout the day. Then that's more than likely the kind of day you're going to have. So remember your deep breaths and your so-called happy place and remember to visit there as much as needed or wanted.😉
Because we are living in this world one day at a time. But you can also just look at it one step at a time, whatever it takes to get you through in a HEALTHY way!

I learned thru this mediation the issues of oppisites attracting. Of course this is what we are programed with. We are indoctrinated to be attracted to opposites. No more! I am only attracted to positive people and who are respoisble for their personal evolution. Evolution is not getting another degree in their cabal institutions.

Can I ask does the background music have certain frequency? I can only find either for example 963 hz but no guiding, or guiding but no spiritual hz (hope this makes sense)

I always have sorrow over and over again never goes away

Recently my fiancés close family friends decided I was the reason my fiancé was not visiting them… even though I was the one telling him ((before I knew they didn’t like me)) to visit them more often and even reminded him of their birthdays… well he told me all they do is nag him and insult him… they even called me “his boss”… I’m just full of sadness and this heavy weight on my mind, back, and heart… Like a slash through me because I never disliked them… I always had respect for them… and they assumed so much of me even attacking my family’s background …

These videos have helped me so much, especially through nursing school and working at the hospital … I hope it helps me clear this gunky negative energy out of me… because this negative energy is not mine but there’s and I remove it and give it back to them…

I hope and pray for healing on my behalf and theirs…
