how can i recover my video. i have recover only video not a phto recover...

I use windows now, and before its in RAW files, then I use chkdsk /f /r and not include /v. Before that I select active because its in inactive mode that time. And when I can use the chkdsk because I already active the inactive RAW file to convert again to NTFS. And then when I done using the cmd mode and use the /f /r, the files are recovered, but some files does'nt recovered. If I use this OS can this OS help me to recovered the files that can't recovered in MS Os? Thanks in advance!
