Bioderma oil's just as good for the face

Dr. Sam, I’ve been really enjoying the Jergens in shower tanning lotion. The light shade gives just a hint of color and doesn’t have any of that self-tanner smell. I’ve been using The Ordinary glycolic acid as a deodorant and it works incredibly well. Do you have a wash cloth or loofa recommendations?

A few other must-haves for me are the Olay two step Vitamin C scrub, Mary Kay’s peppermint foot cream, and June Jacob’s papaya enzyme mask as a weekly overnight deep moisture cream. I’ve just picked up the Dermalogica powder face wash and I’m liking it a lot so far. Great for travel.

I have been using the Prequel cleanser for a few weeks now, love it! It hydrates my skin!

The Prequel cleanser works miracles. However, if the bottle drops in the shower, the bottle will shatter. The packaging is not safe.

I'm wondering... what do you do once you spray your body with glycolic acid? Do you rub it in with your hands, let it sit untill it's dry or rinse it off? :)

Dear Dr. Ellis, need some help for skincare on a winter vacation/ skiing holiday: would you take off your skiing/slope makeup in the shower after skiing and put on new sunscreen + fresh makeup when leaving the door for apres-ski time? A skiing day is divided into two diffrent situations in my opinion: the cold sunny time on the slopes and then the afternoon with some daylight and no need for waterproof products. What´s your suggestion to a good protection for your skin on a skiing holiday?

I discovered bioderma when you recommended the miceller water for makeup remover (it’s available now at Costco too). I bought the cleaning oil at the same time and I’ve enjoyed that too. Also have used the Aveeno shave cream for a long time!

If only we could actually BUY your Prequel moisturizer! It’s been 3. THREEE months and nothing. It’s nowhere to be found no restock since the first day of launch.

I discovered Derma b sunscreen this year and it’s just the best! Finally my husband uses appropriate amount without thinking about the cost and without smell and without white strikes. Don’t know how many bottles we’ve gone through. I don’t know anything that beats 200 ml for the price.

Dr Ellis, are prequel products pregnancy safe? Particularly Gleanser and barrier therapy skin protectant cream. I looked up the ingredients but couldn't find good data on some of the ingredients. So I wasn't sure.

Love some of these recommendations! I had already started using the Banana Boat Light As Air sunscreen based on your recommendation. We took it to Hawaii and it worked great, especially for my boys who are not sunscreen fans. Prequel Gleanser is a favorite and so is the ointment and barrier lotion from your line. Going to give the Necessaire exfoliator a try!

When will the body lotion be back in stock ?

The La roche posay lipkar moisturizing cream has been my holy grail lotion for the body but I’ve recently learned they are not cruelty free. I would love to see a thick cream in the Prequel line. I find the barrier cream not thick enough. I’ve been loving the Gleanser. My new favorite cleanser and I have tried tons of cleansers❤😊
