forgive me, but how would you build multiple wheels for different arch for musl modules.. for example, ldap3 module is horrible for alpine/python builds

What dies abi3 mean in the wheel tag?
I am only used to seeing something like cp36-cp36.
Is it possible to compile a wheel for python 3.6 and above? Instead of building it for every version. If so how?
