I kept praying last month and crying coz I don’t like my life style and couldn’t change it or understand all these complicated thing online nor I was able to keep tracking my progress I keep losing my notes deleting them or throwing it in garbage by mistake! Thank you for providing this system for free !! I started the 14 days challenge which I finished within 20 days 😂 but it made me love workout and felt the best ever started to watch my food iam 32 years who never cared of how I look and just wanted to improve my depression ! What I get from you is far from what I wanted !! I wants everything now

10th day of weight loss challenge, and this video is my favorite part of it. the arm workouts are still hellish for me since i have no arm strength whatsoever, but i feel like im getting better at getting the workouts done without pausing too much. thank you so much, chloe <3

ОтветитьI’m almost done with my first program (3/4 weeks done!) and I’m so obsessed. Not only am I seeing results already, but I feel even more motivated for each day. Even on rest days, I’ll start my morning off with yoga because it just feels so good to get moving. Thank you, Chloe! 🎉
