I think Aizen would win automatically, he is part of the afterlife, something mortals can't perceive, much less interact with. Yes Madara has the Orbs, but it's hard to fight a threat when you have no clue the threat is even a possibility.

There's something that doesn't get analysis when people debate this in the comments:
Death Battle is assuming Chakra and Reishi are the same thing.
This simple assumption puts Aizen at a massive disadvantage from the outset. It allows Madara to absorb lots of attacks, and allows the Truth-Seeking Orbs to do any damage at all (in the oroginal manga they're mostly designed for fighting Chakra beings).

The illusions are a whole 'nother matter. I get conflicting explainations how the Bleach cast were able to break out. Aizen apologists claim it was down to luck, that the illusion was perfect and the characters only got out by a gut feeping reality itself was wrong. Others however claim that a truly perfect illusion takes prep time, that Aizen would have had to start the illusion with his sword months in advance -- this would produce a truly perfect illusion that's inescapable, but requires too much prep time to be legal for Death Battle

Unfortunately, the truth seeking orbs dont destroy "desires". Even if Madara erased Aizens entire body from existence, the Hogyoku is not a soul, but a sentient piece of God like technology that transcends reality.

It was created using actual pieces of the Soul King himself, who is not a soul, but a God. Ten Tails blowing up continents is nothing to the SK who can balance THREE worlds and with his own eye ability " The Almighty", which is the ability to see into the future and pick the one where you just win, it for sure is transcending any Rinnegan abilities. Aizen I agree would be erased but the Hogyoku based off what its divine ingredients and qualities are would remain, and out of loyalty, be retaining Aizens desires and ego and ressurect him stronger and stronger eventually surpassing Madara. Not even dying could shatter his ego. What shattered Aizens ego was the Mugetsu. Ichigos full latent ability, which is basically to replace God as we find out in TYBW, is what finally broke Aizens ego and made him lose confidence and thus the Hogyokus loyalty. To Aizen, no attack Madara can do would ever have made him think he was godly. Even summoning a large tree and projecting an eye on the moon wouldve just looked like a hologram to the "complete hypnosis" master, who turns flies into dragons as he says.

Madara actually managed to defeat Aizen even though is almost immortal
