Measurements (28/07): belly - 37' and thigh - 26'
Day 1: ✅ (some were easy. For difficult one's took 5-10 sec break after half time)
4/08: completely forgot about this video. I did some other exercises in the meantime. Today just did 70% of this due to back pain.
Does this help increase the size of legs? I have really thin legs but flabby tummy, and wanna get rid of waist line and gain some leg muscle

ОтветитьI've been doing this excercises for 3 days... in addition to that... I've cut sugar in diet and I'm also counting my calorie intake... hope I'll lose 2 inches of my waist in 20 days... so that i can wear my jeans which I usually wear 2 months ago 🥲🥲
