ОтветитьGIRLLL YESS! I had so much fun I had to play it back even dripping sweat lol. Ive been doing Holly Dolkes ab workouts which got me to a baseline but this really boosted me up in just one workout, I was pretty bloated when I started then I could see ab lines moving around in the mirror as I finished, like it made them come to the surface. Thank you so much, you SLAY
