If i am wrong then please forgive me. but as per my idea when we need to value from store then we need to write selector function not reducer. You are writting reducer for get totalQuantity😊

One edge condition...
Let's say the quantity of a product is 1.. Then u click decreasing button... It goes from 1 -> 0. But it won't get removed from the cart.
