Here is a great little exercise that can be done anytime. It is functional and works the upper and lower body. You don't need to do long workouts to still get the benefits of an exercise and this one will train your body quickly. It adds a little cardio burst to your resistance band workout and is so much fun to do. You can do this exercise between sets of resistance or during a cardio workout as an interval, either way it makes for a quick and powerful addition to your training. Enjoy!
