I pulled Yelan last week. This weyi puled aqua simulacrum.😊

Im having trouble with the abyss and im very conflicted between Lyney and Yelan.. i already have a pretty good hyperbloom team for 1 side of the abyss but im having trouble with the other side so i thought that Lyney would be good in a team of Lyney, Bennett, Xiangling and Kokomi or Diona. But Yelan just seems so much more versatile and everyone around me says that if you have Yelan you wont have much trouble in the abyss anymore.... but i dont really like Yelan as a character, different from Lyney


(My current hyperbloom team: Nahida, Baizhu, Kuki and Kokomi or Xingqiu. With Nahida as the more onfield character)
Lyney just looks so cool and does big damage :'(
But Yelan is super flexible and does big damage :^(

Oyi dispro should I put a HP circlet rather then crit coz i have better sub stats on HP?

I got yelan recently and I am confused, her moves scale off max hp. My e does 28.3% of max hp but... My yelan rn has 18k hp so she should do around 5k but she somehow only does 1.7k... pls help me.


Edit: another thing I am confused about is the boss drops, it says that you are supposed to get purple rank hydro crystals from lvl 60+ hydro bosses, but I never get them, it lso says that the blue rarity hydro crystals are supposed to be dropped by lvl 30+ hydro bosses, but i have lvl 71 hydro boss and only get 1 crystal per ;-; pls help.

None of them is reality, Reality is without any food buffs.

I just got Yelan by winning 50/50 at basically 90 without spending much extra on her banner.
Now I just hope I can scrounge up enough primos to get Furina when she releases.

I have eldgy for the end (no one uses it for now ) and i have c1 mona and now at guaranteed should i swap mona from my hutao - xinquu -(yelan or mona) diona ? Team
And i reaaly want a bow for my childe (aqua or polar star) f2p btw

People need to curb their expectations if they don't have aqua and intend to stop at c0 yelan.
I am not downgrading her, i have her at c0r1, but i barely use Aqua on her for 2 reasons :
1- her ER needs are too high when she is the only hydro unit that using fav becomes the ideal decision, my build alone cannot carry her ER needs to an optimal level (I managed to get her to 181% with aqua and i still felt uncomfortable using her in a quickbloom team).
2- Yelan on fav is actually much more beneficial for my rotations, she gets her burst back while helping the rest with their ER too, she's really good at carrying fav that i said fuck it to Aqua and kept that thing on childe instead.

The only scenario where i put aqua back on yelan is if i use her in double hydro with a c6 xingqiu (On fav), but i don't always play both together so she is mostly on fav.
Edit : I pulled her c1 and now i can finally run aqua on her comfortably
