I swear. people calls one piece mid without even watching the series. THIS IS what happens when you are too BIASED saying; "Don't watch one piece watch naruto! it's so much better.!" that's what some people mostly say to new anime watchers. Anyone remember how when Zoro first fought Kaku in Enies Lobby, he was handicapped by being tied to Usopp with a handcuff? But now Kaku is getting a dose of that. This can't be a coincidence lol.

To be honest I wouldn't mind if one piece became a once every two weeks if that would be the quality of each ep but I know they wouldn't do that...

The Seraphim not speaking a word while they fight makes them terrifying; it shows that they're completely inhuman machines right from the gate. Kuma was once human, or rather was once a Buccaneer, so he had some sort of humanity left in him, as shown when he protected Bonney, but these monstrosities are completely biomechanical with no humanity to appeal to inside them. Also, I love the small flashback that Zoro has to Daz Bonez when S-Hawk whips out the saw-blade arms, considering how when Daz Bonez did so, the attack carved his guts out and quite honestly should have straight up killed him.

I find it crazy that they are still using sfx that would probably exist in the 80's - 90's

I don't really like one piece, but god do their fight scenes hit hard DAMN

basically, if they're taking a break, that week's episode will be fire

Luffy always shouts very loud first before attacking his enemy, that's why the enemy easily evades it

One thing I do not like about the One Piece anime is their sound design. Everything sounds goofy and doesn’t match the animation at all, makes me get less immersed in these otherwise epic scenes.

I seriously tought that Zoro would fight using both swords while holding Kaku, like he did with sogeking when he first fought kaku. Such cool perspective transitions 👌

the animation for episode 1110 is pretty ass compared to their other animated fight scenes
