It's this use laptop or can use with phone?

The file size is too huge. A simple less than 1 minute video is 132 mb. What will happen if I do a 10 minutes video? Will the file size be in GB then?

Can you add a voice over, though? How about adding clips of video in between the images? I would be very grateful if someone could let me know. Im looking for an editor where I can make videos that consist of photos, short video clips, with a voice over and being able to add words and such of course.
