is it safe though because ddr3l works on 1.3V and ddr3 works on 1.5V ?

dude mere paas 3000 mhz ki 8gb corsair vengeance ki ram hain mujhe 1 or lagana hain , per 3200 mhz ki price 3000mhz ram se kam price hain kya kare. 200 rupay zada deke 3000mhz ram lena worth hoga 3200 mhz ram lu 200 rupay save karke , agar luto dual channel support karega yaha nahi ?
