MIG welding is for thin metal, if you need to weld deep and think metal you need a sick welder. Actually is a recent new generation of $100 stick welders in Amazon probably is a good future video idea because stick welding need a lot of amps and those welders have the size of a drill.

I got the little weldpro mig 155 , made a big trailer with it no prob. A better wire feeder and whip will tolerate bending the whip more when u move around.

Wonderful for you spending your hard earned cash to purchase all these welders. No way I can afford a Lincoln but I have the little Flux125 Chicago Electric (no gas sadly and only flux core mig) BUT.. that is my little $35 hot glue gun!! (I was lucky and grabbed it at HF during a sale and it was the end of the day so I had the best discount on a 'once used' returned welder. It's totally worth what I paid for it, I just keep a grinder in my van with me!! Thanks SO much for all your wonderful reviews!!

I've got the cheap $150 lincoln flux core welder from Amazon. Works very well. My first welder. Did a fairly large project making a chicken tractor out of galvanized pipe.

Nothing beats my grandpa's very old and very sketchy welder. Against all odds, 13 major hurricanes, and being thrown around by a tornado, it still works. Now that his workshop is being cleared out due to old age, i got to claim his immortal deathtrap and give it a loving home
