Thank you Mr. McGregor.
ОтветитьYour taking advice from the WHO? Strike 3.
Ответитьonly in this video did i learn about calculating your protein intake that way!!!!
ОтветитьI seen 20 videos on this subject and 10 say per lb n 10 say per kilo
ОтветитьYou lost me at World Health Organization
ОтветитьThe most best explanation so far
ОтветитьCan you explain in freedom units 🦅
ОтветитьLOVE IT ,WELL EXPLAINED 💪👍👍👍👍👍That deserve a 5 star 💪
ОтветитьI just ate a 48g protein bar while weighing 95 lbs
ОтветитьLost me at meters.
ОтветитьGood marketing strategy, but a shitty health advice.. There are some serious flaws.. You do not need that much protein. No you don't.. In fact if you don't workout enough to use that protein you might actually harm your body... 1-1.2gms per kg per day would be enough for an average gym goer..
Ответитьtoo stupid to understand this button
ОтветитьI appreciate your professional advice delivered in a clear and concise fashion.
ОтветитьThere is no confusion, to build muscle at least 1g per pound of ideal lean body mass.
Take your ideal weight in pounds, minus your fat percentage.
Done.
Love hearing an Irishman/Scot explain protein breakdown effectively and to the point. Had a bit of a fancy tone to it, appreciate it.
ОтветитьThe music
ОтветитьSo by this math..I should consume 375 g or protein lol jesus
ОтветитьDidn't anderstand șhit fc u
ОтветитьYou’re the best lol! Thanks for making this a lot less complicated 😅😊❤
ОтветитьWell I am getting advice from a Super Small guy with a very Narrow frame, so I dont want to sound like an Ass, but I rather listen advice from those being closer to my own goals.
ОтветитьCool, i've tried looking up if I should eat to my goal weight or current weight to no success, helped clear up a lot of stuff.
ОтветитьI’m 64kg, 141pounds and my weight goal by the end of the year is 80kg how much protein, calories and carbohydrates should I have each day
Ответитьreally hard to follow
ОтветитьIf you can fit it in and not get fat that is... 😂
ОтветитьSo i measure protein intake by bmi weight not total weight? Im overweight so going by total weight its alot of protein
ОтветитьGreat video
Ответитьhow many people do you know who have been protein deficient? has it ever happened ever?
ОтветитьThank you 😊👍
Ответитьhi sir... Thank you for the very good explanation. But I have a small question, is the number 25 a standard formula? And where does that number come from?
ОтветитьIf you want to maintain your current muscle mass while continuing your usual gym routine, then what would the protein intake be?
ОтветитьBut should the protein intake be based on my total body weight or my lean mass weight?
ОтветитьWhy isn’t anyone talking about 1g/lb of target weight to add muscle mass anymore? This used to be a bulking classic
ОтветитьSo this means that we ll always have the same protein requirement because of our inchangeable height ? I mean 2 persons with the same height but lean body weight different obviously they shoud not have the same required protein intake for building/maintaining muscle mass
ОтветитьUse pound for goodness sakes, bloody hell
ОтветитьDoes building muscle still work on the One Meal a day plan if you get all your protein in that one meal?
ОтветитьHow many in grams?
ОтветитьI dont trust anyone with such beard
ОтветитьI don’t get the protein intake recommendation. Can someone interpret it for someone who weighs 57kg, my target weight is 65-70kg. I’m 5’7. Thank you
ОтветитьThis is what I’m confused about, let’s say I’m 108Kg and I need 1.6 X that, what if I lose weight every week. Do I have to change it every week ?
ОтветитьSo im 95kg and 0.4 times that is 38 grams of protein per meal. Doesn't that mean alot of the protein i eat wouldn't be used for muscle growth? Should i just eat more meals?
ОтветитьI think I like the method better. I don’t to eat an excessive amount of protein. I rather know my minimum then go a little above it to grow muscle
ОтветитьGreat Insights.. This was my first video on this channel.. Thank you. 👍🙏
ОтветитьGreat video , and very clear explanation
ОтветитьDoes it matter if i drink a lot of protien instead of eating??
Ответитьif my result of the formula of lean body weight is the same of my bodyweight what does it mean? that means that this bodyweight is ideal?
ОтветитьIts actually incredibly refreshing to have a proper and informed breakdown on this matter, great work and amazing video.
ОтветитьWhy is it when these guys talk about building muscle, they don't have any muscle?
ОтветитьYeah it’s a weird one because when I went to the gym and measured up I have a high muscle percentage but also high fat too so I’m trying to cut whilst maintaining gains
Ответить
