On #15, anyone else remember being told, "expect the unexpected"? Like dude, you came up on a standing body of water that was unexpected. That sign is put up to tell drivers to expect water and use caution, if you neglected to use caution after passing a water on road sign, I'd argue your negligence to pay attention caused the accident
