This is so hard

I always end up crying when I hang up calls (and start shaking at the thought of making one) because I don't know what it is, but I have a TERRIBLE perception of the voice when in call. Like, I CANNOT understand half the words you are saying, and I never manage to know when to talk, the lack of nonverbal clues kills me

They make u wait like half an hour more than the normal time anyway so running late is technically just better

honestly I found that to be a pretty good trick when I have a lot of anxiety to make a phone call I just start convincing myself they won't answer anyway and then just start the phone call and drop the phone lol,, after a bit they answer and it's no longer this whole build up of anxiety but you're just acting on the moment and answering to someone talking on the phone
