Tell me about house prices is it freehold or leasehold also cost of living on a month by month basis, Also dangerous spiders or insects and what immunisations you need. VISA ? Tax on income. Also what are the Malay people like do they accept outsiders? Jobs ? What is an area you can make money is the economy OK ?
