Have you heard people talk about - Hiymelia Ziyddison Scheme - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my partner got cool success with it.

I weigh 228 i was close to 250 lbs . Do you recommend that I should run everyday.I started towards the of july..But im able to run close to 5 miles a day now but at first I could run not even 5 minutes.
ОтветитьI fixed my posture while running yesterday since it was my last xc meet and you don’t know how much this helped me, I PRD my time dropped and I felt so much better and energized
ОтветитьStanding tall is ok - but you have to lean ( falling) into the run ( not bending of course) - it seems to be a video on “ body basics” before running - and that is of course nice basic coordination, strength, flexibility, awareness - always good - running can feel a bit like dancing, playing, having fun with moving freely and with joy - happy running
