If Disney was smart they would cut the budgets of all their movies by at least 60% until they figure out how to make movies with good writing again. All the explosions and special effects won't save a garbage movie plot.
Their budgets are excessively high and they are making movies with tiny target demographics.

That's not a huge demographic. The movie would have been profitable with 1/10th the budget. Honestly, nobody probably would have noticed the difference. 😉

If you want to make judgements on a company like this, get a degree, work hard and get a job there. Oh and maybe the fact these media giants changed the way they released shows n movies during pandemic and the fact people didn't want to go to movies in that time did alot to revenue. While what 20 to 25% of global movie watching economy (China) was closed most of that 2.5 yrs. Naw that wouldn't of hurt the bottom line either huh? Lol

So these companies that are complaining about profits down etc aren't gonna say that a global pandemic that killed millions and basically shut down world n hurt world economy over a 2.5 to 3 yr period isn't a big reason your business had suffered? And the remnants of it still has a huge affect on the bottom line of many of these Media Behomoths!

Robert Iger is corrupt and a proven liar. Bob Iger purged the positions of COO and president. --- Iger also pushed out qualified executives. In another corrupt move, Iger had appointed and (trained) unqualified Chapek and made him the fall guy (to the financial overspending "buying 20th Century" by Iger and the costs of Disney+). Then Iger blamed Chapek, by saying in an interview - “Chapek was destroying Disney”. When Iger returned to Disney, the first thing Iger did was to purge 7,000 jobs. FACT: In 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020 & 2021 Iger kept postponing leaving Disney. Now he is doing it again. Iger will never let go of Disney. The board is corrupt and they all need to be booted, along with Iger.
