HELP! I think i'm supposed to be in Ketosis for months now and i've seen results. I lost 20kg in 5 months. But i tested my urine not detecting Ketones and i stopped losing weight for 2 weeks now. I still watch my carb intake and exercise...😟

I am very interested on starting drinking ketones. Will it break my fast if I take it in the morning with coffee? Because my first meal is not until 5 hrs after my coffee and I do not want my fast to be interrupted. At the same time I would not like to take them later in the day because I am afraid it might interfere with my sleeping schedule given the energy it provides
