How to Export All Emails From Outlook | Export All Your Emails

Hi, I have a mailbox that is 99.99GB full and I exported the PST but it mail size is not corresponding to the actual mailbox. 1 was getting 22gb instead of 99gb. what can i do?

When I export .pst files I encountered a message “Unknown error”. Also, when I open outlook data after that, I didn’t find all email messages! Help me please :(
