Hey there these videos make me want to start out camping and take my twin daughters (14yrs) as I think it’ll be a fantastic way to reconnect without having to text them all the time 👍
ОтветитьYou do know that cooking and eating in your tent is really dumb unless you like mice, bears and everything in between crawling in your tent with you.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know what the tune/song is at the very start?
ОтветитьCome to isle of Skye plenty wind and rain in winter
ОтветитьI think if you're going to use that tint in the rain you're going to have to pitch a tarp above it
Ответитьdoes it rain everytime you go outside?
ОтветитьYou're getting the sag because they're using a low-quality silnylon 6. Nylon 6 is notorious for stretching in the wet. Nylon 6.6 fares a bit better but is much more expensive so you don't see it on budget tents. Some of the better cottage makers are switching to quality silpoly, which is becoming more widely available. Silpoly retains its shape much better in the wet. There's a myth that it doesn't have enough tear strength, but in a properly designed shelter this is a non-issue.
I'd never go back to nylon 6 because in British conditions it's always going to sag. You can mitigate this a little by introducing a loop of strong bungee cord into your guys. This will take up some of the slack as the fabric stretches. Be sure it's not too stretchy, or your shelter will flex and flap in the wind.
you need to learn basic .before set up tent...best of luck...slute to camping alon
ОтветитьNice view from the doorway but was a bit of a rough night, really looked like a wet night and type 2 fun. This tent is made of silnylon which will sag in the rain and also after first pitching within 30 minutes. The pegs it comes with are rather short and so-so holding power (also not great at hooking the guys), have you tried swopping them out for something longer? I watched another YT video on which they pitched the corners of the bathtub floor first then the outer, it seemed to work better that way. All the best.
Ответить😍😋😍
ОтветитьYou are a trooper
Ответитьyour opinion best through hiking tent under 4 pounds? 1 expensive and 1 most not so much
ОтветитьI don't know anything about camping but this lady is hot
ОтветитьThis was a very relaxing thing to watch after a tough day. Thankyou for the well thought out content fellow human.
ОтветитьHonestly you promote camping yet can’t sort a tent out ??? Pitching on a slope ?? Seriously
Ответить❤U
ОтветитьWildBeare.
You would be no good in a real survival situation.
Just thought you'd like to know ? I run my Trangia on meths, it burns forever... and it's easy to obtain.
ОтветитьThe material stretches a lot. so you Get the outer tent wet and then stretch it and it will work better
ОтветитьUsing a tent with a rainfly will fix the leaking seams and condensation buildup.
ОтветитьGreat video, just getting into your channel, started at the front, now working back a bit, great content
ОтветитьMy OEX bobcat 1 does it all for £64
ОтветитьLove your vids 🥰 Your a tough cookie 🤍
ОтветитьSo, ya need to pick the LOCAL "high ground" so it drains away. Maybe a mound of "DUFF", evergreen branches, grasses and leaves, but that might take a lot of effort. Forget the DUFF!
Love your videos, so light and carefree! Quite refreshing.
I found out the hard way. If you do camp on a slope and if you do fall asleep...It's a good way to wake up with a headache!
ОтветитьIt's the 2nd failure maybe the Lanshan Pro1 is just not good? I have the 2 Pro & we love it & even camp with it but, this one is a no no.
ОтветитьYour tent was not property seam sealed and not tight enough pitch. I know many people who use it and are really happy with it, including me.
ОтветитьWhat a tough woman, I'd be cursing everything under the sky for 2 days.
ОтветитьYou’re actually gorgeous by the way
ОтветитьWhat does bivvie mean?
ОтветитьDid you put some sealant ???
ОтветитьOh well, charge to experience.
Love your adventures!
Off wild camping on my own with 3 older children for 2 weeks in rainy season and midge season - having 1 skins I'm taking tarps to use as a second skin and praying that keeps us dry or could end up in a launderette in the nearest town trying to dry out!
ОтветитьGreat Video! Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьLanshan works very well when in good hands... you fail so hard.
I had one for years and it's great.
خوب چادرشو فیکس میکردی پخمه
ОтветитьShe comes across are very femine yet takes some balls to camp in a wood......even many men wouldnt do this
ОтветитьIt just seems a lot of effort and faff camping........yet i love outdoors
ОтветитьWhy don't you have a place for people to join your channel at different price levels..Or a super thanks option so you can have some added income?
ОтветитьI've just found your channel, thank goodness =)
Ответитьim in love
ОтветитьSuperrrrrrrrrrrr life and lucky
ОтветитьYou do women proud keep up the good work 👏 ❤
ОтветитьLike the testing that you do keep going cheers
ОтветитьHave enjoyed discovering your channel, it is a great to see how people camp in other parts of the world and to be introduced to scenery of their countries. I understand you want to keep your loadout kit as light as possible, but given the limits of your tent. Would adding a light weight tarp to be strung up as a rain shield over your tent when needed, not be a worthy addition to your kit?
Ответитьoh my
Ответитьlove the video , not been camping for a few years but you awoke my urge to camp again , thanks wildbeare .
