I used Shatavari powder and Triphala powder and within one and a half month the acne, blemishes and spots on my face were cured which were not getting cured for the last 2-3 years.

Trying this for last 22 days, no changes so far. Will complete the whole 2 months plan and then update.

Actually all these habit we had been doing at one point in our childhood, but after pop culture have spreaded in every corner of the nation, we began forgetting all those routine and started preferring industrial commodities, the fruit you mentioned about amlaki haritaki bibhitaki , we used to run farthest jungle to collect them like if it is apple 😂😂 our parents used to forbid us for having it because we climb on trees risking everything and taste it like a trophy, those days are dreamland now
