Luxembourg wholesale 80 Tactical combat vehicle Eagle V CLRV from GDELS

Luxembourg purchased 80 command, liaison and reconnaissance (CLRV) armored tactical vehicles.
The Luxembourg government decided on 15 September.
It is a CLRV developed by General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) from the base Eagle V.
Luxembourg defense minister François Bausch said the purchase of this vehicle was to modernize the Luxembourg Army.
The CLRV will replace the Hummer and other protected reconnaissance vehicles.
The acquisition package includes the Eagle V CLRV vehicle, the remote-operated firing station DeFNder Medium from FN HERSTAL, and the Scorpion communications system from Thales.
