The threads and the nut on the driven center will ecert pressure on the work and tend to move the work towards the tailstock and away from the driven center thus tend to having less support from the driven center.

Nếu đã dùng hai mũi tâm gia công đồng trục chính xác cao dùng mặc đó tùy vào để truyền động dùng lực xiết như vậy thì mũi tâm ngay đầu xiết đó đâu còn tác dụng là chống tâm hai đầu nữa.

👍 Super, jedyne co mi nie pasuje to kieł wymontowany i zamontowany w uchwycie trójszczękowym nie bedzie idealnie w osi ale do mniej precyzujmych prac jest ok, powodzenia

It's cool but if you are holding with a chuck you would have to recut the taper on the center every time you use it

Nice design, initially I thought it wouldn't have much use except for anything larger than the collar diameter. But hey, a ground spacer collar could step down the collar face to work and allow for locking of smaller parts. Well done!

It's possible to push the part off the center. This will cause runout to the center on the drive side. Its better to put a small spot face hole offset from the center. Drive on that. If you need to, you can leave the part long on the drive side, then surface grind that side to remove the spot face.
