I wished more apple sauce. by time thought about it. too late. right know work buy can beans. get apple sauce for year though weighted to long. got goat for year freezer. dehydrated apples great as is. no need grind them up. I like put dehydrated tomatows in with spegette sauce. like cook canned tomatoes with dehydrated tomatoes thrown in with it so all rehydrates and cooks down again. then rejare spegette sauce.

You probably should NOT announce having ANY food reserves.....obama singed executive order 13603, which allows the federal govt to come and confiscate food and many other resources you may have stockpiled......food, fuel, vehicles, farm equipment, etc.

Onions produce a gas that ripens potatoes - that’s why your potatoes sprouted. Keep them separated.

Storing onions and potatoes together isn't a good idea. Onion produce a lot of ethylene which causes potatoes to ripen quicker and potatoes release a lot of liquid which causes onions to soften and leak moisture.

Aren’t all those glass jars expensive? Can you just keep reusing those?

@The Seasonal Homestead You said in the video that you have a hard time digesting Cow dairy, you should give Goat dairy a try! It has a smaller molecular composition than common milk, it's consumable by most new born mammals! Albeit I also love the coconut milk!
