To be honest, the work of Slipknot ended with this song for me. On this album, but especially on this song. It is thoroughly imbued with the spirit of old Slipknot and the transitions of All Hope Is Gone. Everything about it is perfect, these are the same Slipknot that were in the 2000s. I remember when this video first came out, I was incredibly glad that they didn’t lose themselves. But all their subsequent albums are completely empty for me personally 🤷‍♂️
As for me, this was their peak, then everything was like in cover bands. Too bad, 1995 - 2014.
