I use to pass my game to my friend to be able to play as Shy Guy, I didn't care about the cars 👁️👄👁️

You honestly mean to tell me that the rest of the racers were driving SO SLOW that Shy Guy had enough time to:

1.) Get peed on and robbed.
2.) Take a bus trip that lasted long enough for him to fall asleep and wake up in a different location.
3.) Have a meal of a single apple.
4.) Go fishing with a happy ending.
5.) Go rock climbing.
6.) Break up with his romantic partner and spend additional time grieving.
7.) And finally fast walk back to his car only to catch up with the racers after a couple speed boosts?!

Shy Guy and Shy Gal are just built different it seems.
