Here I thought I was the ONLY human to despise the better than sex mascara. I continue to use it bc $$ but literally every time I put it on I bitch the whole time. 😂 I need to just buck up throw it away and purchase something from the drug store.

Hear me out. I swear my iPhone charger not off brand also gives me the “this accessory does not support this device” error in my car. I’m like 10000% positive it’s an Apple charger.

It can take a while to break in docs but I'll tell you what mine are still going strong and are incredibly comfortable more than a decade later so it balances out!

When you said “this may be controversial” and “mascara”, I knew it was the Better Than Sex mascara. I hate it so much and for awhile, it came in every random subscription box I received. I still have 3 of the travel size ones.

The reason why you shouldn’t use off brand apple chargers or bricks is because over time they will ruin your device. Most of the time the off brands will take forever to charge your device and sometimes they can catch on fire. Also they can make your phone die faster if you keep using them. I’d rather spend the extra money and have the official chargers for my device. Also this is pretty much for any device not just apple products.

This list is hilarious, I do like the Mario Badescu spray, I know it does not do anything amazing, but it's a nice refresher during the day.

I have a pair of doc martins and I guess I was lucky because they never hurt my feet. I actually broke them in at work. I stand all day for work and I love them.

the bucket hat trend is particularly upsetting for me, because pretty much all primary schools (im australian, not sure if other countries do this) required students to wear hats to play outside, and the school would sell two types of hats; broad brimmed and bucket hats. now the bucket hats are a trend and im just slightly (very) miffed about it

When you said Crocs are not shoes that are made to have things stabbing in the bottoms of them, it reminded me one time when I worked at the humane society I was emptying a trash can out by the dumpster and I stepped on a nail wearing a pair of Crocs and it was oh my God it was so painful it was a rusty ass nail I had to go to the emergency room and they had to like clean it out and everything never again will I wear Crocs to work!!

I actually love the Better Than Sex mascara but I also always comb my lashes after applying mascara so that's perhaps how I avoided the goop. xD That or they reformulated since the last time I had it, which is possible considering it's probably been several years at this point.

The other thing about docs, they’ll unbreak in if you don’t wear them for a while (read: during the summer) and then you’ll get blisters all over again! Maybe that was just me but goddamn it was torture.

I’ve had a lot of off brand chargers and never had that happen. Maybe you have to plug it into a computer or into the car mainframe and if it’s just like plugged into the wall it won’t do it?

For a while I was like "what do u mean docs Q-Q" then she started talking abt like brand new ones and i went ohhhhhhh bcs I got mine from this place that refurbished old boots so mine were already broken in when I first got them heheheh

The Better than Sex mascara didn't work for me either. I suppose that's what I get for being sucked in by the sparkly, rhinestone encrusted, limited edition packaging. Tbf, I didn't try the formula with a different wand. Those big fluffy hourglass wands just make a mess of my short, sparse lashes anyway.

The Mario Badescu spray gave me chemical burns on my face lol I do have sensitive skin, but THAT had never happened before.

Everyone always says breaking in Doc Martens is hard. I'm not sure if I just have a high pain tolerance, but I've had plenty of pairs of Docs and break them in within like three days.
