Wszystcy tak oddaja cześć ZSRR. To imperium zła. Komunizm to najwieksze zło jakie spotkało świat. Nikt ich nie prosił o wyzwalanie. Mówię to jako Polak. ZSRR nie bylo potrzebne. Wystarczylo nie zdradzać Polski w 1939 roku. Wojna by trwała do1940 roku najwyżej. Świat miałby dalej te 60 milionów ludzi, w tym 6 milionów Polaków. Pomijając fakt że Rosjanie, komuniści dopuszczali się czasem gorszych zbrodni niż Niemcy. Oczywiście szanuję każdego sprawiedliwego żołnierza który walczył za naszą wspólną wolność.

Interesting that there was no number of the Soviet forces invading Poland from the east in 1939. Also, nothing for the Winter War between USSR & Finland in 1939-40. That was a big part of the conflict.

Btw, this kind of projection shows the real beneficiaries of the war in Europe - the Scandinavian countries: surrendering to Hitler in 6 hours, having a quiet time under Nazis, secretly helping the good guys after Stalingrad, not experiencing any full-scale destruction during the liberation, benefitting from the Marshall plan. Then unexpectedly becoming among the wealthiest countries in the world.

Anyone know where those Axis reinforcements for North Africa came from, after the Torch landings? My guess would be low-quality Italian troops, since they were the closest and made no difference in the eventual expulsion of the Axis from N. Africa.
