One day I was inspired by this video and i wanted to do my own version of it - ofc on much much much smaller scale, like idk, with 5 eggs? But I used a hefty portion od tomatoes and onions and my cooking began.

This was a lot of work. I even went far with my experiment that I also was making egg-island in the middle of a pan, and tomatoes was on the edges.

Why I am telling this? Because this was SOOOOOOO TASTY!!!!😊😊😊

I didn't know so much butter was used for eggs in India. This is the second video I've seen. The first was worst because he used a large brick of butter for two eggs.
