does this equipment provide support to lift yourself? I find it difficult to do abs exercise, i cant lift myself, cant do more than 3 if i am just flat on floor.

Where can I buy this AB rocker? I've seen cheaper versions but I really like the arm rest and full head support.

Just bought an AB Roller. What actually pulls the body up? Do I pull up with my core/abs and leave my arms loose? The arms do NOT play a role? Do I do the same for obliques? Thanks I appreciate your input. Gerry.

Can i ask? I am incredibly unfit im not sure where to start. Is this for beginners. Like 250 pound sedentary beginners? I really am ready to chang and put in the work. But there are some things were i just haven't strengthened my muscle enough to do.

Those don't work very well.. its better to get the wheel its cheaper and works more parts of the body.

I've just been on the loft for my machine. I've had it years. Thought I'd look up a video; there was no you tube when I got mine. This is exactly the same machine lol

As you see it works for me

I was given this exact same machine and now I know how it's supposed to actually look... mine looks like my old bike after Mum reversed the car over it. Also, should I look like this guy or a fat, sweaty old slob?. Finally, the farting; should I let off on the up-swing or the down?. Are ruptures inevitable and should I just take this space-gobbling bit o' pipe to the dump like the exercycle and all the other toot I've used to keep dust off the floor?.
