I am very skeptical of claims these "soundtracks" make-no evidence at all. This being said, I have been listening to THIS "soundtrack" for 3 days now and do not ask me how or why; but it truly feels that this music is "working." I am less stressed. Not drinking as much LOL, and I just feel "good" and happier. Too early to say if is the music but my occupation is very stressful and the only change in my life is this "soundtrack." Hope this helps someone. To date this is the ONLY musical score that seems to work; for me anyways. Cheers!

I’m at a point in my life and ending of the year where I can feel the change coming, I’m just enduring so much change and circumstances and I feel like just giving up. It’s so hard when the light is there and your surrounded by things going on that are testing you. I feel as if I can’t catch a break. I don’t know how much more I can take...I have a beautiful heart.
