How To Keep Your Feet From Sliding Forward In Heels - Stop Shoes From Slipping off Your Feet!

I just bought some mary janes and wanted to try the hairspray or double sided tape, but I'm going to wear the shoes with tights. How do I proceed with the hairspray / double-sided tape?! Will it work on tights?? Or only on bare feet? I hope it will work on tights, otherwise I'm screwed.
I have narrow feet, so my feet are always sliding to the front and also nothing grips them (even if I'm wearing my size in shoes), that's why I'm always wearing boots or sneakers. But I'd really like to wear these mary janes, so hoping you will have some advice on how to use these tricks, thank you!! 😊

So apparently my feet are long and thin, so it is not only hard for me to find a cute shoe my size, I also feel my feet burn really easily and I think it because the shoe can't grab my feet and that makes my feet to rub a lot against the sole and that's what's burning me. What can I do when my shoes are too wide? Is the cotton gonna work?

when you say hairspray, can i use something tacky like got2b glue spray or must i use regular hairspray?

My shoe collection is pretty small at the moment, the major reason being I refuse to invest in shoes that either are uncomfortable or don't fit right. As I slowly build my collection I have used some of your tips to get almost perfect shoes to perfect status. Turns out a new pair that I thought was shockingly big were actually just right once I added an insert and stopped slipping too far into the toe!

I need help im a bridesmaid and she picked open toe shoes,im a size 6 and my pinky tor wouldnt go into that so i sized up but my toes are pointing sideways in the heels as in they arent straight forward they just slide to the right for the right foot and left for left foot its annoying it makes my toes look disgusting and i need tips

Careful with baby powder. Some baby powder can contain asbestos which can cause cancer.

Silly question, but do you let the hairspray fully dry before putting your shoes on or does it have to be wet ?

This video is the gift that keeps on giving. So ladies I did the Dr. Shols insole (the blue cloth one) for the ball of your feet. I tested it out yesterday and it kept my feet in place perfectly with a little powder in the back as well. I’ll keep y’all updated on how it goes for this Christmas party!!

Can anymore tell me that whenever I wear my heels after few minutes my foot sliding left or right side and then I loose my balance so how can i prevent this.. Pls tell me

I usually get a 1/2 size bigger for my boots in the winter because some boots I wear are narrow at the toe and I hate when it ruins my pedicure, but sometimes I slide forward in them and when I get my size my toe is right at the tip 😢 I hate that🥺

I'm not gonna lie, I've tried the cottonball trick before in a pair of pointy-toed heels. I had to wear nylons with them, so even though they were my size, I was slipping out of them (a topic for another video, please?) and my solution was cottonballs. It worked great for the first 3 hours, but after that the cotton compressed into the front of the shoe, to the point where I started slipping out again and the cotton crammed against my toes so hard I swear my big toenail kinda pulled up a bit. My date was such a champ about me limping alongside him 😂

Cotton balls work great if your heal is just a little bit to big and you find your foot lifting In the back! And it's not uncomfortable!
