Why is there an RCMP heritage center? Are they actually proud of their heritage? The organization was created to destroy a people, and their culture. They played a huge part in the genocide of first nations people. It's especially odd that they would go on about this place after the bringing up hoop dancing, and the museum showcasing native culture. Right now, I'd be ashamed to be RCMP.

On a serious note the northern part isn’t too bad in the summer. I’ve personally never been, but I have heard nothing but praise of Saskatoon. Lived in Lloydminster for a couple years. Should have got a brief mention for being Canada’s only provincial border city, but it is not very photogenic and honestly a garbage place in general...

We drove around that province during the summer of 1979 when we travelled across Canada and back across the USA . We towed a fold down hard sided travel trailer .

Saskatchewan is only interesting if you don't like people or if you like agriculture. Otherwise it has little that can't be found in better or bigger form elsewhere.

The best thing to do in Sask is to get the hell out. I was born and raised there, except for the North, it is very very boring. Cold all winter, the province is run by asshole unions who will go on strike at the drop of a hat. Cities like Regina have failed grocery stores everywhere that have been turned into bingo halls. And stay away from all the indians if you want to stay alive. It's a crap hole...

Every one should visit Saskatchewan atleast a few times.. It places you in proper perspective with the rest of the world . Beautiful , I must return ..

So many places to 3xplore 1,000 devils, cree park where you can encounter storms and tornados during the summer. The flat lands anything but, it's OK though we can keep a secret.

If you come visit Saskatchewan be careful of the wind. If you have children or pets that’s weigh less than 100 pounds they are at risk of being swept away from the wind. Be careful it’s no joke
