ОтветитьDear Mizi,absolutely love your workouts,but I have noticed,that they are ALL longer,than the estimated time,some a minute,others even a bit more,I think I've already mentioned it once,but then I started to motice it at the other workouts as well,so ,please keep that in mind for future ones!
