Nice work! We just pulled another 50 lbs out yesterday for the farmer s market. So far a total of 200lbs. Sounds like a lot until I think about the 2,500 pounds we should be getting… however, that won’t happen. Still not done digging them up though… we will see.

For our olive picking we need similar 'drying/holding racks' whilst collecting a load - we used an old fashioned bed frame found on our land as fencing when we moved here! and with smaller mesh holes for the olives it works well. Good job my friends.
