ОтветитьSuper glad I found this. I’ve had to modify pretty much all my training due to spinal arthritis and this is what I’ve been doing the past 8 week minus the reverse curls and subbing in lat pull downs for the pull-ups. Glad to see I accidentally rolled into a decent program
