I really hope if just they turn off the friendly fire in this map I play it almost everyday and the only thing that makes the experience bad is a friendly fire there is a lot of griefers there and no matter how much you report them nothing will happen to them

I need to find this match

I have taken 1000m headshots that show the range and I've recorded it. Then I put the recording into my video editing program and going frame by frame TOF (time of flight) can be determined. Assuming it is a 338 Lapua Magnum and depending on the projectile being used, in this case 250gr. projectile. Then I can open the ballistics program and enter the data and come up with the games muzzle velocity and comparing it to the advertised muzzle velocity of factory ammunition. Surprisingly when setting up a server and the projectile speed is set to the default, which is "1" the games velocity is pretty darn close to the real thing.

The m98b using .338 lapua b408 (250gr) military ammo shoot at a velocity of 900m/s (2952 F/S) out of the 27" barrel
Im unsure of the specific ballistic coefficient of the bullet in that ammo for for example sake a Sierra match king would be comparable.
A 250gr sierra mk has a G7 ballistic coefficient of .314.
If you were to do the calculation the hold overs hes doing in this game would have not been even close to make those shots. Because at 700m he would be required to dial or hold 4.7mils and at 800m 5.8mils. In the scope that he's using each dot is equivalent to one mil. His holds at 700+ meters wasn't even .5of a mill in the game.

The velocity of the bullet is just one component to the physics of what changes the "bullet drop". Even is the game claims 900m/s the drop in the game is not realistic with that particular weapon.

At 300 yards the bullet drop is still less than 1 ft with a 30-06. This is pretty accurate irl
