ОтветитьThis is only my third day of doing your seven back exercises, I’m 73 and I’ve gone through three years of surgeries with two new hips a new knee in three concussions. So I am slowly getting back to being a human and wanting to do human things. So you were the one that I chose to start with and I will check in again when I have done 30 days not just three. Thank you so much For putting this together for all of us to watch your channel.

ОтветитьGood comment I do two back stretches 10 miniutes hips and knee plus do the fine miniute ones all together that’s 40 miniutes stretching then warm up then wrk out and post wrk out stretch or another 10 miniute stretch

ОтветитьHurt my back a little because of inactivity while at the same time carrying my post-surgical 14 pound puppy everywhere for 5 days. When I could finally put him down, I found this playlist and did these exercises daily. Within a few days I am completely pain free. (Anyone besides me notice digestive tract issues with back pain? Prune juice worked well for that for me!) Thanks Schellea!

ОтветитьIts Dec. 28th 2021 and my hips really miss you. Admittedly I have not made an effort at exercising since I went back to school, and falsely think walking all day with the kids is enough. I'm 70 and should know better. Well you always make me feel so wonderful and a serious reason to remember you much more often, in the mornings! You are the BEST, and thank you again for making feel soooo much better! xo
ОтветитьI love this due to chronic back pain from injuries, but I have problems with my knees. I have bursitis in my left knee and can't sit on that one for some of the exercises. I tried but couldn't complete all of them.
