Even without any explanation, these videos from the headcam perspective would still offer great insight into how a first class consistent cue delivery should look to any player as their shot is being played and these videos also provide players of all standards a far better impression of how exactly pots are cued in terms of power and where the tip should contact on the cueball in order to achieve both accurate successful potting and also crucially the desired position on the next ball needed to continue building a break.

From a beginner's perspective, the editing of where you hit the cueball really helps. For each shot the viewer can try to predict where it will land... which is a great exercise. Thanks for the effort you put into this!

All the sides you assume to need to put on the cue ball was unnecessary, the left side you put on at 18;20 was actually dead center cue ball, your follow through is to the left of the line of aim, in golfing terms you are a slicer, and not a straight cuer, that is to say you swing the cue across and out to in relative to the straight true potting line. Because of that you subconsciously or consciously put right side on the cue ball to compensate for it, and you are very good at it, but under pressure this system can break down, but with a true straight cue action you can be much better.

It would be great if you could get a super slow motion POV of the tip of the cue hitting the cue ball in various ways. Easier said than done and would probably need some high tech cameras but it would be awesome. I'd almost be keen to pay the rental for a industry standard high FR cam.

Amazing to watch this, but I saw Stephen Hendry do the same thing. This dude has great action and technique, but you can see the little imperfections in the stroke etc. Stephen Hendry was perfection. Cue action was dead straight like it was laser guided. This dude is still sooooooo good, but I was just able to notice the difference now we can watch these type of videos from arguably the best player ever. It's him or Ronnie for me. I learn more from watching these breaks though than 100 other videos on snooker breaks. It's wonderful to watch someone this good from this perspective.

im rubbish really, but i do think i have the abilty to get much better if i had a little coaching and played a lot more, ive played maybe 40 hours in 10 years lol, but ive had a few 30 odd breaks. 47 was my best about 15 years ago. never forget it coz its exactly 100 short of the max, and ive never got into a 40+ break ever since. my uncle was giving it all the he could beat me at snooker darts pool golf etc, he beat me at golf but i mullard him on the others and we never played ever again, lol

155 break starting with a free ball followed by a balck then 15 reds 15 blacks and all the colours.
