I'll be honest, at first I personally felt the ice cream vendor was purposefully streching things on and on to tempt the customer so he could make some more money and that him mentioning the free water and the napkins around the end of the vid was just a way to mask his greediness as helpfulness, but the comment section seems to unanimously agree that he's just genuienly trying either to be helpful or to not be so hopelessly bored and lonely, whichever is correct, I hope both the customer and his partner as well as the vendor jimself have a great rest of their weekend
