This is cool, but the original pixel art can't be beat. The smoothed over look feels off for a 16 bit game. But the gameplay and quality of life improvements are great.

Hell, Sonic the hedgehog triple troubles 16-bit version of atomic destroyer zone, ain't nothing compared to the intensiveness of death egg act 2.
