I love how the SCP canon describes things like horror movie monsters and Body Snatcher invasions and just boxes them. Even if the monsters are squirming to get out.

I really like this SCP, i love the implication of the SCP being way more intelligent than the Foundation assumed it to be, they're so used of being in control that the moment a new entity shows to be pretty easy to identify and secure, they lower their guard, completely ignoring the fact that they are the ones that are being played with.
Like, imagine if the hive mind actually makes some of it's members act more unnatural just so they can be captured on purpose?
Making the foundation create protocols and containment methods around these inferior instances just so they can feel in control, giving them an easy to contain anomaly, ignoring the possibility that maybe the most advanced members of the hive mind are out there, completely safe from their grasp, and while they're still out there we can adapt, learn and blend, making their attempts of tricking them useless?

I like how the end is implying the SCPs in the foundation KNOW that the foundation is trying to trick them. The foundation showing them fake media isn't working. Because they are a hivemind, just one on the outside can provide vital information to the ones in the foundation. I'd wager they are just pretending to keep a lower profile. If 100 are in the foundation and act strangely, the foundation will miss the 1 million that are free and who act like average people. This is a great story.

What makes this one extremely hilarious is that they don't seem to be overtly hostile. They don't necessarily have to kill the person they copy, in fact they only ever killed at all when trying to breach containment.

You know what’s scary? They’re not violent. They only attacked personnel to escape and deer for food. Outside of that, they haven’t harmed anyone. I think this is a case of the SCP foundation wanting to stay in control

Why are they Keter? They sound like they're more focused on blending in than causing trouble, and they're probably behaving the way they do in captivity bc, well, they're IN captivity. Like, have there been any instances of SCP-3994 being violent towards people before being captured??? I'm not trying to sound like one of those hippies that think every monster deserves a chance; I've seen/heard how gnarly some SCPs can be, but aside from the trampling of those guards, they don't seem particularly violent??? Scarily intelligent, as revealed by the end, but they don't sound all that harmful..

This SCP must be terrifying for the foundation to contain. I can’t imagine the chaos that would ensue once these subjects realize, in their hive mind collective, the importance of the foundation and its secrecy. Not to mention the impending SK-Class dominance shift scenario bound to happen given their collective telepathic conscious and insane reproductive capabilities. My god have mercy on us all.

I am quite curious as to the intentions of these SCPs are they actively dangerous or just trying to fit in in their new home? Id like to believe it is the former since that would justify their containment but I don’t know.
