I sure wish Oklahoma City based coffee and bistro shops made European hot chocolate. No Oklahoma City coffee shop or bistro will make a hot chocolate the way Europeans do it. It is so disgraceful, disgusting, and embarrassing to realize that this state can't learn a new way to make hot chocolate. It's not a wonder why Oklahoma ranks at the bottom of everything.Their hot chocolate is so much thicker, elegant, and tasty than what is served here in Oklahoma City.

Kudos for using Scharffenberger chocolate! I live in Oakland, CA and I used to go down the street to visit the factory when it was still there. I dreaded it when Hershey's bought out Scharfenberger. but they still produce this wonderful chocolate still.

And there my Johnson bros friendly village dishes! Got them at my dads antique shop.
