I love the crystal candelabras and bowl . We have an auction house near me and I have found some great finds. Old Suitcases, silverware , candelabras I love how you decorate. I'm not a big brass fan . I have a few pieces I put out in the fall. You have given me so many ideas. We love Halloween too

I have the same candle holders and bowl. I put some beautiful soaps stacked on it for the bathroom. I've also rolled up some small hand towels and set them in there.

I have a shelf like your silver one but mine is dark green. I turned it upside down and use it as a shelf sitter! So pretty!

I don't do other people portraits, always feel uneasy about it. If I buy a frame that I like, I dispose the picture at the store, I donate the picture back to them 😊. I’m so happy that I found ur channel a few months ago since I have similar style decor…I am 51 and people have questioned why I’ve always loved what they call Grandma style. I can’t explain it but, I have a love for fancy antique stuff because it’s beautiful and knowing it has a history behind it.

That oil painting is beautiful! You might want to consider getting it professionally cleaned if it is worth anything. After they do that process, the picture will be vibrant and very much alive.

It was quite common in Victorian times to have pictures done with no smiling. It usually took the photographer about a half an hour to set up the camera and position the people in the right spot, so who is going to be able to hold a smile for half an hour! LOL....Your collection is gorgeous! I love it.❤️🎅

Have you tried putting a cloche on top of the bowl? Could bring some height to it to balance out the heavy (but beautiful) base. Also for Halloween!!! You could put an amazing display in it. Moss skull combo or a creepy portrait with some weeping willow sticks ….. IDK I haven’t had my coffee yet but you see what I’m trying to say. Lol.

Your black frame with the gold corner brackets are probably from the 1800’s. I have several family pictures from early 1800’s in frames like yours.

Reset maybe 1960s I do not think it is full marble I think it’s real marble it possibly could be from the 1800s but they made Reproductions 1960s it is classic European decor… Most of the 1960s versions were made in Italy….
